About Us

The inner workings of the human body have always been of interest to me. Through school, I pursued science and completed my Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto (Psychology and Neuroscience). In my previous careers, I discovered how much I enjoy being of service to others and earning their trust. Osteopathy was a magical way to combine all of this. It changed the way I think about everything. With each day, I respect mother nature and the human body more. I love what I do and am eager to keep learning to get better. I enjoy teaching people about their bodies and providing knowledge to aid them in their decisions. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy cooking, walks, exercising, and relaxing.

Born on the streets of South Calgary, I had to fend for myself. At the young age of 1, I had my own kid. About 6 months later, I got picked up by these wacky humans who brought me to this very windy place called Airdrie. I guess the name is fitting. Once I found out what they do for a living, I knew that I had to be the one to run the show. Our bodies and health are important so that we can chase things around and climb all the things! Although I’m just the CFO, I run the whole company. I am actually the Queen of the household. The humans don’t know that though. Outside of work I love belly rubs, living vicariously through the “free” animals outside, and eating my raw meat diet. I also love to play and zip around. I am very loved and I also love to snuggle. On my own terms of course.

I've always had a natural curiosity for the human body. At my first yoga training in 2014, I first discovered Osteopathy and knew that it was going to be my path. Since then and throughout my education, I continued to learn about the body not only through my studies, but first hand through teaching a variety of yoga and rehabilitative natural movements (individual sessions, as well as large and small group classes). This journey helped build me into the practitioner and woman that I am today. I believe that the human body is full of health and vitality, and I aim to share this through my craft of Osteopathy. My favourite thing about my job is the constant ability to learn more about the human body, while supporting others on their journey of health. Outside of my clinical practice, I love nature walks, fresh air, my cat, experimenting in the kitchen and lounging around at home.
